I never said it was dangerous, Was Kolkatta pitch dangerous.

Why is pitch okay if pacers take wickets but if spinners take 19 wickets everyone would be screaming and shouting about disgraceful pitch.

The bias is the problem where juicy green pitch is great for cricket but brown and dry pitch is bane for cricket.

Pitch was not green.. it was a good typical fast bouncy track that we expect in Perth.

You are supposed to be playing in Australia.

Further people are more inclined to witness fast bowlers dominating than spinners... It's the nature of the spectator sport.

There is no better sight in cricket than a fast bowler steaming in and bowling 90mph rockets on a fast pitch.

You are supposed to get spinning tracks in India too.

Spinners taking wickets is also a great sight.

Absolutely love how england have treated scott boland :thumb: Bloody trundler...

Indians were batting as if he was the second coming of Malcom Marshall. :wall:

I kind of disagree .....

Last year Boland was 35 going on 36. Now he is 36 going on 37. In this age bracket at one point you are of good class in any sport and then next year it seems like you are nowhere near good enough. The drop off is steep.

Boland is basically done. You see this happen to batsmen or spinners as well. Something just goes away.

They treated Boland exactly the same way in England too. IN the same Englan our Superman Gill got cleaned up while leaving it by Boland.

I am not sure all English men were able to collar Boland

That was 2 and half years ago... in 2023.

Like I said elsewhere - Djokovic won 3 of 4 slams in 2023, none in 2024 and this year he played 4 semi-finals and did not win a single set. Aging happens.

We suck at dealing with line and length bowlers. Nitish Reddy in the same series took Boland apart when he showed intent.

Nitish Reddy vs  Boland. SOmeone who is in his debut series. 20 years old that too as a lower order batsman.

57 runs 75 ballls 2 dismissal

Kohli vs Boland

38 runs 104 balls 5 dismissals

Pant vs Boland

64 runs 85 balls  2 dismissals

Not on minefields where limited skill is involved

Scott Boland  took 18 wickets under 10 in last Ashes in Australia in 3 tests in 2022.

Guy like him has to lose only fraction of his bite for him to lose everything.

He has been back up for a reason.

No, there was lot of skill invloved  to take wicket after wicket on turning tracks.

Some people are conditioned to see what others tell them what is right and what is wrong that is the difference.
