  1. 1. Should Gill lose captaincy to Pant after this spineless/selfish display?

Gill is currently under observation in the hospital. He will take no further part in the Test match. He will continue to be monitored by the BCCI medical team.

Is that true,

When you hurt your neck, pretty much your whole body gets immobile, foolish to expect Gill to come out to bat. It is what it is. You can’t chase 124 with 9 wickets at home and a long batting line up, it’s your damn fault. Cant blame a player for getting genuinely injured.

Federer has played 5 set matches with back and neck spasms, that too in hot/humid Melbourne and NY. Movement is limited, but he has played them.

Gill could have come and stood there at one end, but maybe he wanted to protect his average.

Latest reports coming in that MRI scans didn't reveal anything, just a muscle strain, he is improving and that Indian camp expects him to play in Guwahati.

Bhai in general, women have higher pain threshold than men. Look around your family, mother/wife can function even when they aren't well, fathers don't get out of bed if they have normal cold

Woakes came to bat with one hand, just to provide a chance for Atkinson to finish the game. Our great kaptaan wouldn't do anything remotely close.
