They have Gurnoor too. 

 

Siraj and Prasidh will start and Rabada too when available. 

 

Dayal brings left arm angle and did well for RCB last season. 

 

Can't see Ashok starting tbh

 

Would have been better if teams like SRH,DC got him

Happy that they picked Sarfaraz. Not sure if he'll get many games. Feels similar to how they picked Pujara in 2021. But poor guy deserved at least a base price pick.. and he posted this on Instagram

Csk has been v.good at carving out v.specific role to such limited players to maximize their utility. But not sure is they need to do it now, some v.high potential players in the side this time. A lot of Ind team material. So they would not want to mess that up. 

 

Mhatre , Urvil, Rutu, Brevis, Sanju, Dube. Where would you fit Sarfarz.

 

They carved out role for rahane where they asked him to give them 40 runs from 20-25 balls vs pacer nothing much they didnt want him to score 50 or anything just 20-25 ball 40.

And then they tasked dube to hit out the spinners and if that goes well keep hitting.

 

Both are limited t20 batters but csk maximize them with v.specific role.
