They can build stockpiles, that won't be an issue. Where Iran struggles is in terms of missile launchers, those are pretty limited.

Israel got hit pretty hard last time as well. Their own SAM batteries and stockpile had ran out, US destroyers had to be deployed across the Mediterranean.
