This was in semi-rural Anekal taluk, some cool-headed talk should have resolved the issue. Just get a person to speak in Kannada with the customer and the Manager could have asked to translate. Instead, the manager showed some Babudom attitude. She is now forced to apologize, rebuked and transferred as well. With growing migration of jobs and applicants, people should use common sense.

Absolutely, the stupid thickhead morons cant even understand a simple solution. Being humble and polite can help in many situations to navigate through. Was in Tirupati-Tirumala last week Saturday-Monday...was trying to navigate through with my broken Telugu. Some drivers who knew Hindi switched to that, others who didn't, used simple Telugu sentences with English words in between to make the conversation understandable. Off topic, I have seen this attitude in Bank officers who are in SBI cash counters (not all branches though)....they will talk to folks as if they're the ring master and the customer is the animal. They will throw the receipts and refuse to share complete information at once.While the loan department was 180 degree opposite and will be quite polite to the customers.
