Pop 3.7 crores, HDI 0.74 (lower than 12 Indian states/UTs), GDP per capita is also just at par with Sri Lanka. @Lone Wolf these Central Asian guys have the brains, brawn and grit. Semifinalist in Asian Cup in 2011. Have top clubs from Soviet times. They have built on that success, promoted youth football.
