saneindian Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 The team has an ordinary record under him yet its mind boggling as to how he has remained the captain of the T20 side. Keep blaming the bowling but the leadership looks completely absent on the field when we are under pressure while bowling. He should not be leading the T20 side anymore (should already have been sacked a couple of years back).
Manny_Pacquiao Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 dhoni looks so panicky these days. but it doesnt matter, he will lead india for the next 200 years
jairamesh Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 He is turning into an ass whole Chawla bowling filth yet ends up bowling 4 overs without trying rohit or Raina.
The Realist Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 Finished as a captain at all levels. Captaincy is as stale as last month's milk. Picks friends/lovers in team and watches on like a voyeur as they get molested. Literally goes through the motions for an easy pay cheque.

Clarke Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 Not that I'm defending him, but its good to see some brutal shots from his bat instead of the tuk-tuk he had adopted for some time.
namasteji1 Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 He played brilliantly today , but i agree he needs to be rested from captaincy just for the sake of results.
Lord Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 hes fine in LOIs better than what he is at Tests anyway
jf1gp_1 Posted December 22, 2012 Posted December 22, 2012 i would love to see what a mark taylor or steve waugh would have done if he had Dinda, Awana as his front line bowlers and chawla as his leg spinner oh and just 4 bowlers.
CSK Fan Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 i would love to see what a mark taylor or steve waugh would have done if he had Dinda' date=' Awana as his front line bowlers and chawla as his leg spinner oh and just 4 bowlers.[/quote'] They would have resigned in shame
CG Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 this idiot still continues.kitna paisa ese chaiye.
maniac Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 i would love to see what a mark taylor or steve waugh would have done if he had Dinda' date=' Awana as his front line bowlers and [b']chawla as his leg spinner oh and just 4 bowlers. They would try to fight tooth and nail with selectors and management to clean some garbage for sure rather than asking for garbage.
Executioner Posted December 24, 2012 Posted December 24, 2012 So what does Dhoni have at his disposal: Alan Dinda, Malcom Awana, Piyus Shane Chawla, Ravidharan Ashwin. When you have a top class bowling, whatever decision you make seems fine enough. But if you have such an ordinary bowling lineup, no matter whom you bowl they will get smacked all over the park apart from those all of a sudden brilliance. Some of you are making it look like dhoni had someone like steyn with an over remaining and bowled zaheer khan.
Mariyam Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 The team has an ordinary record under him yet its mind boggling as to how he has remained the captain of the T20 side. Keep blaming the bowling but the leadership looks completely absent on the field when we are under pressure while bowling. He should not be leading the T20 side anymore (should already have been sacked a couple of years back). Why should he? Overreaction much? The second game against England was lost due to poor bowling by Dinda and Awana. It wasn't really bad batting or captaincy. We put up 177 on board. Can you cite an example of bad captaincy or uninspiring leadership in a T20 game? Even in the T 20 WC, we did quite well. Lost only a single game- to Australia and unfortunately went out on NRR. Don't think we'd ever have a better T 20 (or ODI) captain.
The Outsider Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 Don't think we'd ever have a better T 20 (or ODI) captain. We've had 3 consecutive early exits from World T20s and Dhoni's record as a batsman is ordinary.
saneindian Posted December 25, 2012 Author Posted December 25, 2012 is there no end to this madness? team continues to suffer and dhoni continues to rule
cowboysfan Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 I am not a fan of Dhoni's captaincy but who will lead the T20 team? Kohli is not a T20 player at all and GG has lost it,there is no choice really
superstar Posted December 25, 2012 Posted December 25, 2012 Raina. He was crap when he captained CSK.
