Tridibans_16 Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Comparing a stupid sitcom such as Big Bang to Seinfield is obnoxious. +100 Seinfield is literally alegend in terms of popularity and the cultural impact it had. It revolutionised comedy genre forever.
Cricketics Posted January 2, 2013 Author Posted January 2, 2013 No BBT? :fail: Offcourse not all names come to mind. BBT is one I missed out. Actually I missed a lot of good ones. But some of those mentioned are more than just GOOD. LIKE SEINFILED IS ONE OF THE BEST EVER. WELL THE BEST.
Cricketics Posted January 2, 2013 Author Posted January 2, 2013 Scrubs was pretty darn funny show too. Had a bit of heart too. EGMqOys5kgk YEAH.. missed mentioning this. Scrubs, one of my fav from recent times.
Dayman Posted January 2, 2013 Posted January 2, 2013 Its always sunny>all. Seinfeld is awesome though.
beetle Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 It is the BAAP of all sitcoms anywhere. Never was, and never will be another like this. Ironically though, the character Jerry Seinfeld was the weakest of the 3 dudes. Kramer is my hero and inspiration of course :two_thumbs_up: George ,Elaine and Kramer are my all time fav characters in that order.....
Shane Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 :two_thumbs_up: George ,Elaine and Kramer are my all time fav characters in that order..... I always felt Seinfeld was a men centric show with a large male fanbase, my female friends never really took a liking to Seinfeld, however hard I tried to get them to watch it :P
veer Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 I agree.. Seinfiled is THE BAAP of all comedy. There was this episode on Gandhi and they insulted him.. but i didnt take offend to that.. that's the beauty of it. Kramer entries were always hillarious... Seinfeld was sub-par on acting and used to laugh while doing the scene but other characters were top notch.. George has some of the best punch lines.. and knew how to deliever them. specially with Yankee's owner.. Mr. Steinbraner(?).. Btw.. I always thought you gotta be American to understand this sitcom fully but seems like others love it as well
beetle Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 None of my friends or family watch seinfeld. My hubby likes it but isn't as fanatic.I just love the show and have seen it sooooooooo many times.
Yoda-esque Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 I have all the 9 seasons... It came with the following magnetic stickers , A Rooster (Little Yerry) and a Rye Bread :hysterical: amongst other things
coffee_rules Posted January 3, 2013 Posted January 3, 2013 Seinfeld and Larry David (voice of Steinbrenner and a few other characters) are the creators of the show and the brains behind creating the characters. Actors do improvise and create the impulsive characters. In that sense, it is team work.
