How many Indian states/UTs have you visited?

Out of the 28 states, 6 Union Territories and 1 National Capital Territory of India, how many have you visited? ('Visited' would roughly mean at least spending 3 nights in one city/town/village of a state/UT) I have till now only covered 23 states, 2 UTs and the NCT. (States not visited - Rajasthan, Punjab and Haryana, Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram) (UTs not visited - Andaman and Nicobar, Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu, Dadra and Nagar Haveli) *Though Chandigarh is the capital of both Punjab and Haryana, visiting Chandigarh would not qualify for visiting Punjab or Haryana in this poll.

Visited four Indian states so far. However, I have covered most of Oceania (Australia and New Zealand), most of Asia and South East Asia (India, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau), far east Asia (Japan, South Korea) and a handful of Middle Eastern countries (Oman, Dubai/Abu Dabhi). Tossing up between going to Europe or the States next.

What gives an opportunity to people to visit 20-25 states ? Thats makes for an ideal Bharatdarshan .... Lucky people . 7 NE States + Sikkim + J & K would be the least travelled Indian states IMO and that would leave only 19-20 states .

TN, Karnataka, Andhra, . Kerala, UP - 5 states. Delhi and Pondicherry are the UTs i have visited.

Around 10-12 since I spent a lot of yrs in Amrika. Amritsar, Port Blair, Kolkata & Somnath are the farthest points I have covered in each direction.
