yes punkaj singh is the biggest mystery in all of this. Atleast most of the other bowlers are either new on the block or have recently featured for India A (Shami, Kulkarni, Pandey and Kaul) Should atleast deserve an India A chance to show what he can do. Even though its a totally different format, he needs to probably make it into the side of an IPL franchise and make it there. Simply to rise to public prominence.
