Rahane Vs Rayudu

Realistic options for taking the open spot in indian Test team opened by sachin is either Rahane or Rayudu. I would personally go for Rayudu as his A record outside sub-continent is way better than Rahane. Also, most likely, kohli will be moved to number 4 in batting position and rohit will move to 5....which leaves no 6 open. For 6th spot rayudu is better option and rahane. Ideally, Sehwag should claim this spot but he is not showing any signs of form and his chances are very bleak as the problem is with his vision not the loss of form

horses for courses rayudu is a very gritty batsmen for middle/lower-middle order. rahane is a top order batsmen... possible replacement for murali vijay in test cricket? maybe... so rahane is what we need now
