Yes we are going to lose the series. But I am so happy. I feel confident and frankly I am buzzing as know we are in good hands for the future. Cant wait for the next tours in NZ and England, excited and confident. We are close to having a very good test team. Many thought SA would just need to rock up and bounce us out. We would cow down. Well guess what our batters shown no fear, no real techinical issues and well up to it. They will do well for years ahead. Need to identify another couple of pacers but defo there are some in the pipe lines if picked:--D Shami and Jadeja look good for the future So dont be despondent. We were supposed to be bowled out sub 150 every innings. SA are a superb team, defo best in world. Deserved to be ranked number 1. Yet we have gone in to their back yard and given them a right good fight. I have a feeling they thought we would just roll over and it would be easy. I am certain for one thing they fully respct us now and will rate us highly We will win in NZ and England. Our future is secure, next few years should be fun:two_thumbs_up:

Batting was surprisingly good this series, but our bowling has touched a new low. We wont get whitewashed anymore now but with these retarded bowlers and super idiotic captain we won't win a single match in NZ/Eng/Aus.

Have to get rid of Ishant, Zaheer if we want any chance of winning abroad. Dont care if we play rookies and have some failures initially but they will become better bowlers in the longer run and deliver for the team.

That's a lovely pair of names. Must remember to use them more in the future. If only we could also find "Dumbest". Could it be Tarzan or Nohit?

I am really happy by our young batters. Kohli, Pujara, Rahane and , to some extent Vijay, have been really good. Our batting is in safe hands for sure. Motu coach had proved to be a better batting coach than a main coach. Shami has been good as expected. To dome extent Jaddu. But otherwise, our bowling has been poor as usual. Nothing new about it though. I don't like the fact that the team did not really win from the situation they were in, in the 4th innings. The situation was too much in our favour. Not having the belief or ability to win in an away test, even in a favourable condition, is a cause for worry for me. Batsmen and Shami bringing smiles to out faces and would hold us in good stead in the future.

Very happy, IMO. Don't give a jack shyte about what these pessimist post. Who were claiming us to get blown away and are out here now whinging that they were disappointed just to take a pot shot at the individuals and their IPL opposition. These lot would have brought up something else had we won a game or the series. Bowling is and was always a worry for us. Need to fill our bowling attack with youngsters as well. Should have a look at the old SA Tour threads and check the expectations of most here. Feels better after reading those and checking the scoreboard.
