We have 5 fast bowlers selected.Bhuvi Shammi Ishant Pankaj and Aaron. Bhuvi and Shami are automatic choices.Ishant was the highest wkt taker in our last series.Would have looked absurd to drop him. So its btw arguably btw Aaron vs Yadav for the final selection. Its a poor selection picking Aaron ahead of Yadav but not as controversial when u look at Yadav's domestic test format forms. He has a chance in Bang ODIs and Aus A tour.Should use them to get into rythm and target Aus test series. And Binny is choosen as seam all rounder.Maybe Dhawan should have been choosen ahead of him.But saying yadav should have been selected ahead of Binny is absurd when we already have 5 seamers.

Why is trundle BK automatic selction? His record in tests is average, Yadavs is much better. Also when that ball gets 12 to 14 overs old, BK is a buffett at test match level. BK cant even deliver with older ball in odis, so forget tests. You watching too much IPL and these 4 over spells! Ishant being dropped is absurd:hysterical: Picking Yadav ahead of SOB Binny is absursd:hysterical: Binny as seam bowling all rounder in TEST matches, Jeez tell me you are joking Me thinks only one thing is absurd and that's this post. Raped again and again with trundelrs and still fastest bowler India possibly has ever had cant get in. Only in India I tell you

Have both. Drop a trundler or drop the super thrundler Classic indian thinking. We have two fast bowlers, lets make sure we drop one. Then reason to pick left one out, is to drop other fast bowler God we are thick
I don't have any issue playing both of them....but if it is between aaron and umesh,i wd pick umesh

But its not a choice between the two?
Yes, I know...even i tweeted the same to harsha bhogle...I posted the agarkar video just to say that he rates umesh highly

I seriously can't find a word. This is ludicrous and outrageous. Our fastest bowler got beaten by Ishant Sharma and Stuart Binny for a place on a tour to a place like England. Something is very wrong somewhere.

Considering he is not injured, this is the most bizarre decision. I think I might just skip this series. I was looking forward to this tour. But with Dhobi continuing as captain, Pishant guaranteed a spot, Binny in for no reason and Yadav getting dropped I don't see any change from the last overseas tours under Dhobi, another disaster awaits.

When you see Dhoni as test captain, you can say everything is wrong.

I was confused whether to watch the matches. Now I won't :asleep:
It will be Funny see iceman Dhoni nonchalant, unperturbed and disinterested Reaction when bowlers get thrashed around again ( Ishant 175-0) He might get bored in test cricket when the going gets tough and you have to spend long hours in the field but it will be fun watching Ishant toothless bowling
