gattaca Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 Extremely shocking and sad. Also, I hope it brings into focus the poor safety standards in many Indian vehicles and the need for extensive crash testing of all vehicles sold in India. We lose far too many people to road accidents. He died of shock not physical injury.
Texan Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 Tweet from well known congress supporter  @gsurya: Gadkari takes charge of Transport ministry. Arch rival Munde serious in a road accident. Are we seeing Haren Pandya model in Maharashtra? Some idiots won't even let few moments of grief before suggesting thoughtless insensitive conspiracy theories.
Texan Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 He died of shock not physical injury. I read that later, but fact remains that all Indian popular cars fared miserably in crash tests. Who knows - maybe well functioning airbags might have been able to reduce the shock and saved him.
JaiRamesh2 Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 Rip Reports that the car that crashed into munde's car jumped red signal
JaiRamesh2 Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 I read that later' date=' but fact remains that all Indian popular cars fared miserably in crash tests. Blame the absolute silly driving test that last like 10 seconds, and that's only if people choose to take it and not bribe their way to a license. We need a more stringent and corrupt free driving test, something like in Finland or UK.
Stuge Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 RIP Gopinath Munde--Another senseless death due to car accident .
Stuge Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 He died of the shock ,rather than injuries .Accident doesn't seem that big for a person to be killed .
Detonator Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 Safety can go only that far, when 99% indians turn into morons when they get into a car in India. We need a more stringent and corrupt free driving test, something like in Finland or UK. Exactly. Happens with the *****y RTO system in India. I mean, it's enough for you to drive a "8" in ur bike and for cars it's enough if you move the vehicle to 2nd gear. There is some choose the best answer test for the road rules. Even when I got the licence, I tought there would be some RTO car that I shld drive. But no, they asked to drive our own cars. The funny part is the car I was using is an Automatic Transmission system and RTO didn't even realize that. He is busy researching the audio system and other features.
sachinrox Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 Thats tragic. Was perhaps the main reason why BJP did well in the Non Vidharbha area in this election. RIP :(
Cricket_Hacker Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 So called intellectual class of our society  RIP.Condolences to the family
G_B_ Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 Huge blow. I have been to a few munde rallies in mumbai when i was a tourist. Not the best orator but he had deep knowledge of agriculutre and uplifted many masses in rural maharashtra. Probably the only mass leader for the BJP in maharashtra. The OBC face of Maharashtra. Raises a big question. If a minister can die on road accidents then anybody can. Condolences to his family.
asterix Posted June 3, 2014 Posted June 3, 2014 So called intellectual class of our society Is this for real? Such a cheap shot...
