6’5’’ and 140 kph is too good . If he can sustain that speed and get some seam/swing he can be pretty lethal.

Gurjapneet is as tall as Gurnoor and left armer but is too slow. Wonder if someone can work with him to increase his pace so that he can be an all format option for us.

Gurnoor has an easy and repeatable action and consistent pace of high 130s to early 140s even in FC cricket bowling in the heat on a flat deck.

Hits the deck hard and does not spray the ball even when bowling with full effort. Gets bounce.

Can be an Ishant type tall, hit the deck, pacy and accurate work-horse who can maintain pressure from his end in tests and even ODIs.

Have to watch him against better batters though, before forming a conclusive opinion.

Gurnoor is 25, time to inject him NOW.

Few more years and he will be 28 something, may end up like Saini

Is it due to Morkel effect ?

Pushing for tall bowlers...even likes of Dube despite being trundler are tall and generate awkward bounce

What is the point of providing such flat pitches with negligible seam movement, pace and bounce  !

Need to know are these same curators from 2016,17 or different ?

As they prepared some real good pitches in those times

Pace, bounce ,turn everything at apt intervals

Have not watched this match, but have seen some of the highlights where he played.

He can bowl full and hard length both at-least at those levels. Bowling full with some pace is difficult for bowlers with that height.

He has basic ingredients, tall with decent pace. He can be worked up-on to make him to a good Intnl quality bowler.

As said previously nee speedometers in these local games, tell alot about the batters and bowlers.

Commentator Joydeep Mukherjee forcing Ashok Malhotra to say that Ksmboj is too slow and pace is needed to hurry batters.  :phehe:

There are many if not all, as soon as bowler tries to bowl fast they are who discourages the fast bowler. If a trundler goes for 4/6 its batters ability and if a faster bowler goes for run its a bad ball.

And same group of these ppl are commentating every where, every league.
