Deepesh devendran from U19 team has a beautiful action. Almost like a West Indian fast bowler, Ian Bishop'sh kind. He definitely has a lot of potential. Young kid, decent height, well built.

Ashok has pace..genuine pace. Though he bowls with a lot of effort unlike Mayank. But he seems a strong lad.

Havent watched him. Hopefully, he'll bowl a couple now. Watching Nagarkoti and it's sad to see him trundle like this. 

 

On another note, Rajasthan should be punished for bowling chucker Hooda.

Ok.. Now this is confirmed. In T20, Ashok is Right Arm Express Fast! Waiting to see him in the longer format and see what speeds can he sustain!

Has to perform in FC, VHT as well though.

His performance in SMAT is noticed, his pace also highlighted him ahead of the rest.

 

Good Vijay Hazare as well and he will be in reckoning. But target needs to be Tests, thats where India need bowlers.

He is an inch or two taller than Kohli, who is 5.9

Ashok is around 5.11 in my opinion.

I’m all for tests. But shouldn’t box him like that. LOIs equally important. We lack bowlers there too.
