U19 pacer Devendran seems like a special talent. 

 

Has control over both the vicious bouncer as well as the top of off sharp paced length ball. Has a quick yorker too.

Have not seen him bowl yorkers before mylsa game. But he has brains and does nt seem to get tired bowling v.directed bumpers

Read somewhere that he clocked 143 in MRF pace foundation alongside Pranav(147.3). If his fastest ball is in 143 he must be bowling around 135 i assume. Not bad for a 17 year old
