vishalvirsingh Posted July 14 Posted July 14 Duckett ki lag gayi.....- Gurnoor se panga le liye duckett ne...jasprit BOOM /GUrnoor - ye sardar Jaat hai badla jaroor lete hai. ek din jab conditions aur bhi jyada green hongi tab thodi jaaan aur lagaenge aur bouncer sar par marenge. see archer - he hit so many australian batsmen , 2 top aussie batters found some jaffa's very very quick. 145k pe kuch ball 155k ki hongi par system properly read nahi kar pata ya steep bouncer ... In this series ARCHER will hit some of our batsmen's HEAD and BRAR seems to be targetting DUCKett's HEAD. aaj jeff archer bowled a snake bouncer to washie and washie could put it down for no score and i saw some of his jaffa's loosing line n going for 4 and once he no bowled and washie was scared facing his NO BALL too..he managed to get a 4. washie defended well so defensive batting looks good not his attacking batting so he should not be picked in a T20 ever. it seems gill , shreyas , washington and now even axar have got a bit used to the bouncy conditions. indian pacers gurnoor , boom and prasidh ne jab unke 80 par 5 kiye tabhi game khatam ho gaya tha. if they score 325 ...all our batsmen are still getting adjusted ..see ROKO...see KL Rahul See how washie was struggling initially and playing so slow, had india had to chase 350, washie would have gifted his wicket. Prasidh , BOOM ad Brar bowled well...too 2 /1/2 wickets and axar got 4 ..batsmen went to score a 6 of him n washie got 1.
vishalvirsingh Posted July 15 Posted July 15 GG /GILL selecting BOOM, Bouncer Prasidh, Brar and asking Prince and ARSHdeep to offer water clearly indicates in odi....the decision is to support genuine fast bowlers. Arshdeep bowls a very dangerous first over bcos he has a skill to swing the ball from first stump to second /third and get a batsmen LBW or movement and bounce leads to the batsmen giving high catches to wicket keeper. if the batsmen faces this over some how...it is very difficult to NOT gift your wicket to him but if a batsmen does this not get out ...arsh gets no swing after the second over and bowls average pace.....he is a good bowler for t20 and a Useless in odi /tests. i am quite sure Mayank and ashok will impress and get into odi and test attacks soon. if karthik tyagi also get in /sneak in some how, it could be great. Vk1, express bowling, Need4Speed and 1 other 4

express bowling Posted July 15 Author Posted July 15 (edited) @Nikhil_cric posted this in the match thread. As per Cricviz .... Average Speeds in the 1st ODI Gurnoor. 141.3 kph Prasidh. 140.0 kph Bumrah. 138.6 kph Pretty impressive. Would have been higher for Bumrah but he bowled a few slower ones.
