S/r of 76 in modern cricket

All his scores have been against midyorker attacks or in subcontinet. Even when he does score the S/r is on lower side. Top order is filled with Dhawan, rohit, kohli, rahane, pandey, rahul , nair so where does he fit in. HE cnt play the 6,7 number role. HE doesnt contribute with ball , chucker he is . He is no game changer with bat. 

Put him on Sa/nz/aus bouncy pitches  against quality pacer n watch him struggle like no one , he ll swing his bat like a tailender wud.IF anyone has doubt watch him bat in cb series b4 Wc. 

What do i do with a player who thrives against ordinary attacks . Better invest in someone like Kl rahul n nair who can play quality attacks. Ambati raydu is someone who ll be a gr8 domestic n ipl player but wnt be at international cricket coz of his lack of game against quality fats bowling. Yes he plays spin well but many other do .

 

Sorry he is not cut above for international standards, Dnt go by his avg . Make him play in Sa/nz/aus and watch that avg n s/r go further down

^ To add played only 1 game against Australia and that too in Australia and managed to score 23 when everyone else where falling like 9 pins...played to games only against Nzl and scored 37 in one of those

The guy avg 19 in aus n 28 in nz , as i said put him on bouncy pitches and see the story . Eng does'nt offer bouncy wkt and in odi its mostly flat now specially that series where he scored that fifty. Come aus in waca the score 23 of 53 and more than the score it was how badly he got exposed

In english condition where find me the line where i did say that , n btw those were nt typical english condition in that odi series

Rohit 1st cb series n t20 2007 looked gud

Virat 1st aussie tour looked gud 

Rahane 1st eng tour his debut where we giot whitewashed which were true english condition, he looked gud

Pandey scored 100 in his 1st aussie tour 

 

Tell me which one one them looked even half as crap as raydu n raydu was an exp domestic pro unlike these guys . They all looked in control gainst fast bowling even if they didnt score much. The point is they looked in command n u go n look raydu 23 in 53 balls its not the score its how worst he was

Some highlights

• Career SR of 76  in modern day ODIs.  He has basically improved his average by playing slowly.
• SR of 71 against England ....against whom he has a good average.
• Average of 123 against Zimbabwe which actually boosts his overall average.  
• Averages 38  if Zimbabwe is left out.
• All this discussion about stats is just for fun as he has not played enough games
• My main issues with him are that he cannot play pace and bounce properly and plays too slowly in ODIs.

I have same issue with him cant play pace n bounce, always said he is gud against spin n is some one who grinds n gives 100% but thats not everything u need in International cricket. Most Indian player wud score agaisnt spin n mediocre attack the investment shud be made on player who are gud against pace n bounce. No of opp he got cud have been better to be given to someone like karun nair who looks a solid player. Also his runs against eng were not in typical english condition which if it had i wud have had lot of respect. The min he faced eng in bowling frendly condition in CB series we all know wat happ

 

Also if i take that SL series out , the reason becoz SL send a C-grade bowling attack and they were sleeping in the field in that series his avg n s/r wud take a futher hit and infact become really low. 

 

He shudnt be selected again for India or India-A
