and i agree you know how public opinion is right? one more failure and our news channels with their plethora of experts simply waiting to make sensational comments would have rounded on the selectors. I think the best bet is to pick Punkaj for the home tests to see what he is capable of in an environment in which India can win. I guess the selectors went on seniority. Dhawal has played the most matches of the seamers barring Punkaj. This selection does not help Dhawal either. Rather than working on improving his game he will be sat on the bench or be a net bowler.

and for the next test i would like to see Umesh come into the fold. In place of Ishant. Will reserve judgement on Shami till after the test. But is there is not an improvement then he needs to be axed. India could also play Umesh Aaron Ishant and Shami alltogether seeing as our spinners are more than dud.

He is 128-132 even in first spell. He isnt looking good at all, didn't do much against J&K too.
