velu Posted April 11, 2015 Posted April 11, 2015 Jind: A leader of Hindu Mahasabha on Saturday stoked a controversy saying Muslims and Christians must undergo sterilisation to restrict their growing population which was posing a threat to Hindus. "The population of Muslims and Christians is growing day by day. To rein in this, Centre will have to impose emergency, and Muslims and Christians will have to be forced to undergo sterilisation so that they can't increase their numbers," vice president of All India Hindu Mahasabha, Sadhvi Deva Thakur said. She also exhorted Hindus to have more children and increase their population so as to have an effect on the world. In another controversial remark, she said idols of Hindu gods and goddesses should be placed in mosques and churches. Reminds me of the Vajpayee era. Was much better than congress before in terms of governance but such things overshadowed any actual development news.

Was much better than congress before in terms of governance but such things overshadowed any actual development news. Its been much worse in case of Modi Sarkar. In case of AtalJi's Govt the RSS & other orgs had never seen power so it took them some time to adjust and see how they could use it to their advantage. In this case they have already had a taste of power (from 1998-2004) and have been out of power for 10 years so as soon as they got a chance, they just jumped like hungry wolves on their targets. And one thing is also certain - they just haven't received any signal from PMO not to do all this - if they had, they really wouldn't have gone so far with Modi/Shah being the leaders.

TBH this news wont effect BJP as they wont get Muslim and Christian votes anyways.There is a dangerous game going on with Sickular parties trying to portray BJP as anti minorities and they get some help from these loose canons.While BJP may now be looking to garner hindu vites exclusively and give up on minorities if it feels that despite its best efforts minorities are being misinformed and wont vote for BJP.That will be a tragedy. There is a rising sentiment among hindus that despite being a majority their interests are being trampled upon and minorities being appeased.
