Department Of Telecom needs to come up with some guidelines to implement for ISPs. Its doesnt bodes well to our IT capabilities if Indian government cant be in a position to selectively force ban something. To the best of my knowledge, there aren't any verses from the Holy Quran or any injunctions from the Hadees that prohibit pornography. In fact, I would be very surprised to even find a mention of internet based pornography in the sources stated above. I suggest you to search on the internet yourself firstly. There are tons of established sources on the net. There are references from the holy books. So I guess Muslims should definitely not complain when such sites get banned in any part of world.
