Still too good to be removed as a player but as a captain he has done extremely well but his influence on the players is waning. Even as a batsman, his T20 record at international level is embarrassing for someone who is considered a hard hitting batsman. Guy does not have a single internal T20 50. He bats at 6 and has an SR about 117. If it was Dravid in place of him, he would have been bashed by everyone for batting so slow but no one really questions Dhoni. Still staggering he hasn't a 50 in T20s.

Still staggering he hasn't a 50 in T20s. Naah. Nothing special. He fires vs SRH every season and few innings here and there. 2013 strike rate was 160, in 2014 140 and in 2015 it dropped to 123.
