Really disappointed,on one hand you have countries like AUs,Eng and South Africa where the drainage system is top notch and on top of that they use helicopters and other gizmos to get the ground ready and we are still struggling to get the match going after the ground being dry for the last few hours

 

It makes sense if this would have been a 2nd tier center but this is one of the premier cricketing grounds in India if not in the world.

These BCCI babus are filling their own coffers which is obvious but c'mon atleast give something back you a-holes.

WIll give Dada some time,hopefully he turns it around but totally disappointed.

Yeah I beleive so...just refreshing my memory,they were not ready for the originally scheduled  Ind vs Eng WC game in the 2011 WC but apparently did host some later matches

Can't pick just on CAB though I bet this might be the problem with most A centers leave alone the B centers .....I do recollect helicopter being used in Mumbai though not sure

That was minnow games in the World cup though but still the World Cup...That is more to do with ICC than the problem with the venue though

BCCI is corrupt to the core, all the money only ends up in the pockets of a greedy few. They simply don't care about Indian cricket, have taken the gullible public for a ride all these years. If they were really honest we would be number 1 in all formats and have the best infrastructure in the whole world. Where we are presently in cricket should shame all Indian fans but sadly most of them care only about IPL circus.
