Shunya Posted October 19, 2015 Posted October 19, 2015 Dhoni hai hai... still finding a way to get his cronies in...
kosingh Posted October 19, 2015 Posted October 19, 2015 For home tests he's alright. Small sample size (5 matches) but bowling average of under 20 at home. Wish he would contribute more with the bat.
swatpulla Posted October 19, 2015 Posted October 19, 2015 He has earned his spot. I heard he took 25 wickets averaging 8 in domestic cricket. His average with the bat too was an impressive 73.
paragkn Posted October 19, 2015 Posted October 19, 2015 He is been in terrific form in domestic cricket, taking 20+ wickets @ average under 9 added with his 2 fities in two matches played for saurashtra. Not to forget India sheerly needs 5th bowler ( preferably a all rounder)Reasonable selection indeed !!
sensible-indian Posted October 19, 2015 Posted October 19, 2015 Not a bad selection at all. In India, Jaddu can be a handful.
puneet28 Posted October 19, 2015 Posted October 19, 2015 Arvind in ODIs ??Sent from my HTC Desire 816 dual sim using Tapatalk
Mosher Posted October 19, 2015 Author Posted October 19, 2015 Wezim Ekram is back. Toe crushing yorkers at 120K's.
tweaker Posted October 19, 2015 Posted October 19, 2015 Why the selectors are adverse in making changes instead of loosing the matches. In Bangladesh this side was defeated, but a new side won comfortably in Zimbabwe.Instead of rewarding that players repeated failure are selected again & again.God knows when this is going to end.Lost any interest in seeing this players loosing without putting any fight.I don't think Dhoni is going to give oppurtunity to Gurukeerat Singh
beautifulgame Posted October 19, 2015 Posted October 19, 2015 Jadeja deserves his place in test team at home Hope he plays ahead of Binny
vishalvirsingh Posted October 19, 2015 Posted October 19, 2015 All African batsman wud be having a hearty laugh reading the ODI Pace attack..121 k arvind..swing less Bhuvi and paceless Mohit with a slow arm knuckle ball.only Africans will need to manage Mishra Patel and bhajji - either 3 of them or 2 of them.even during the time of Prasad and srinath or kapil and prabhakar - we had a better pace attack.....what are the selectors trying to achieve by playing a 121 to 126k left armer...its better to play a left arm spinner then to play a left arm arvind.I am seriously tempted to play 4 spinners.. bhuvi and Mohit are both restrictive bowlers bowling same pace...no point of playing both of them.
CG Posted October 19, 2015 Posted October 19, 2015 Jadeja on indian pitches can be handful.Umesh yadav should have been retained. He has been picking wickets since last year in odis. One series he is out.Dhoni has made it clear he wants medium pacers who are going at same R.p.o but give him mythical control.
