express bowling Posted July 5, 2016 Posted July 5, 2016 (edited) Some excellent ideas introduced so far. Interactions between the various stake-holders is one of the best ideas. The inclusion of selectors , India A players and coaches in the planning process for the future would create an unity of purpose. I hope this results in the development and selection of the right kinds of players. with international potential, in the future for both team India and India A. Working hard on the weaknesses of individual players and working on the tailenders' batting are excellent steps too. Some of these kohli cheerleaders should calm down and get off the HYPE train.. i like how kohli and dhoni are build right now, borderline ripped even. This is how sportsmen should be, not some wirey sanskari or thairsadham. New guy, sscomp32, Ankit_sharma03 and 1 other 4

Some of these kohli cheerleaders should calm down and get off the HYPE train.. Dhoni looks lean and mean again. Looks like he has worked hard at his fitness recently. He had started to look like flabby. It shows his desire to play unlike motus like Bawla, RP, Mishra. Ankit_sharma03, Rasgulla and New guy 3

This could also be a reason cheer leader did not find support. Kohli has shown nothing but support for Dhoni whenever he has played under him. Dhoni also has never looked threatened by him. All this rift is media creation Rasgulla, express bowling, Lannister and 1 other 3 1

Stories were made out of Bang tour when kohli made statement which was basically a diff in opinion which any two individuals can have. Post that they had many partnership and had there been any rift it wud hve been seen on ground. The way kohli batted in WC,asia cup ,aus shud erase anyone doubt about his Commitment to his captain as he batted like a man possessed. Infact if m not wrong kohli names Dhoni captain of his all time 11 and there cant b bigger respect than that. sscomp32 and Rasgulla 2

Sachin was never into gymming infact i think it was one souarv or someone interview in which it was said no one had the guts to ask him to go to gym. Dhoni was also never into gymming but gr8 thing is he realizes that he needs to keep up his fitness with his age . Whats admirable is he was always one the fittest cricketers yet he is working more on his fitness says a lot that y is he a legend coz legends dnt take anything for guaranteed. How i wish guys like sehwag, Rp, bhajji, Yuvraj(b4 his cancer his fitness started going down n he was overweight then) n many others had this desire like of dhoni or nehra

They would have ignored even sachin after 34 if he was out of team and was trying to make a comeback. Good for nehra that he did but I am not a fan of people coming back at that age or making their debut at 32/33 ...no point. They will only be temporary solutions to the problems. They should try a young player instead. At least there is hope in finding a real superstar. tweaker 1

Its not about considering, none other havent done anything special to be included. If u put consistent stellar perfomances i dnt think so anyone can ignore u. Guys like Bhajji, yuvi, gambhir, pathan can cry out loud as they want but they didnt do anything gr8 to be considered back for national reckoning, infact all of their fitness have gone down. Thats where credit to nehra who understood himself n concentrated on one format n performed consistently and his fitness has improved from all of them sscomp32 1
