All 3 specialist pacers bowl 128 k to 137 k in domestic matches. That may mean 132 k to 141 k with international speed-guns. Navdeep Saini is a tall pacer though who gets some bounce. Rahul Singh and Baba Inderjit smacks of CYA type selections - they can safely point to Ranji records and distributing opportunities to young players across different Ranji teams. They are going to start selecting them when they are out of form instead of picking them now when they need to be picked. That is what they did with Pankaj Singh earlier. Let Pandey first perform. There is a lot on the line for him instead of making him the captain
