For some reason I was thinking Hooda already played for India atleast in one of those Zimbabwe tours,but looks like he didn't...so yeah Hooda gets into my list too.

Surprising to see the much talked about Arman Jaffer playing only 3 FC games and only averaging 29.00 with a highest of 21....he was touted a prodigy,needs to up his game.

Nitish Rana.

He has great potential for ODI. He can hit a long distance as well. T20s this IPL would give some more indications.Tests not sure though he has decent technique

How about Pranav Dhanvade.    He also has great potential.  Has proven hunger for runs.  And can score daddy hundreds once set.

When has Dhanavade proven hunger 

Well if P Shaw is discussed by others then maybe why not P Dhanawade as well.  Though ideally I would wait for them to play more. I understand Rana hasn't played Ranji much as well but its my opinion. Also I am not suggesting that he is the top potential or the only potential among the others being discussed by others.

Had a good syed trophy and had a good IPL in limited opportunities.Did not look slogger only at all.Had one good innings in ranji last year with rishabh pant as well.

I like that the Toyger board is putting together an "emerging" tournament.  India should support such initiatives.  And have India 'A' teams play a lot more frequently.

What you comparing  Nitish Rana to a kid? Nitish Rana is one of the best emerging batsmen currently. He had a middling season this time, but last season he was the only shining light for Delhi averaging 50 and he did well in IPL too. He is one to keep an eye on for shorter formats.
