Surprised there was no thread on this. Condolences to the families of the deceased, RIP to our bravehearts. :((

To hell with the left wing terrorists and their sympathizers. To hell with our HM Rajnath Singh and shame on Modi. During UPA rule, media rightly blasted them after terror attacks but shamefully these media outlets, afraid of those in power are letting this government go scot free in spite of a pathetic report card on internal security matters. To hell with bhakts who put Modi above the country and are rushing to defend their deity on social media in spite of the heavy losses. Even though I am a BJP supporter, I believe they should face scrutiny over the disastrous shows on various fronts. Modi's blatant lie that all terror acts would stop after demonetization fall flat in the light of recent events.

Nobody has a magic wand to make the terrorists or naxalites disappear over night. Wake up and smell the coffee. If you think its just a cakewalk to defeat the terrorists/naxalites and they will roll over without a fight, you are living in some dreamland.

RIP

Why do we call them naxals?

They are terrorists .There supporters are terrorists.

GOI officially classifies them as Terrorists.

In general they were called Naxals because they followed Marxist ideology I.e., their struggle was against the state .Unlike terrorists who target civilians to create fear and terror.

Nowadays all are one and same.

RIP...

CM Raman Singh has some tough questions to answer... he needs to get his act together...

CRPF without STF commandos were sitting ducks...

Ajit Doval needs to come out if his slumber and target these Naxals... Night warfare, heat sensing drones, targeted bombing by drones, satellite surveillance, human intelligence, brut force attacks... so many options available. Don't know if Govt has any clear strategy or not...

Fecking first catch Sitaram Yechury and eliminate him, and purge entire communist gov in Kerala

CPI(Marxist) to which Yechury belongs is not that extreme. If I am not wrong more than 120 CPI(Marxist) workers/leaders of Bengal were killed by Maoists in 2010.

CPI(Marxist-Leninist), CPI and other extreme left wing offshoots are the problem. Many of their leaders provide overground support to the terrorists.

Have to say Indian media has become a total sellout these days. Earlier they were pro UPA, now pro NDA. Nation doesn't come first for them these days. Esp Times Now has become the worst channel, they are always trying to defend their masters in Delhi and using every opportunity to throw mud at Modi's detractors. It would seem as though CRPF, Police, Intel, Doval, Modi, Rajnath are all faultless while Kanhaiya and Khalid are running the country.

Tough questions need to be asked of our HM and 56". Even Doval came in with a big reputation but all looks like hot air now. Total incompetence by Modi sarkar in Kashmir and LWE areas. And we still don't know the specifics of the deal they signed with NSCN(IM).

Nope there is a diff. Goi thinks naxals are citizens so won't use army or armoured units and mortar on them or cas. If it did there could be collateral damage but more such events will eventually lead to it and it's Indian Land with unfettered access.

It's not that simple no army or paramilitary presence. Just capf with crpf troops that's police still.
