You made or were forced to make some pretty bad player selections last IPL... But kudos to you to pin point the REAL culprits, unprofessional employees... like a real ambitious owner, who takes no shyte, you went about to rectify your mistakes... Also Smith has thus unenviable task of leading the side having the unprofessional backstabbers in it... but what a smart guy... he publicly shows that sometimes he takes some advice but he takes his own decision... just to keep the backstabbers in good humour...
