I'm quite happy to see Atit Sheth's progress, been following him since the U19 days, he was in the team with Hooda, Sarfaraz i guess. This year he has excelled in batting & bowling, he can be a genuine allrounder for us, especially in seaming conditions.

Lalit Yadav clearly needs more experience.looks promising. Watching Shaw's 50 couldn't miss the timing and pace he was able to generate being a 16 year old. Almost young Sachin like power in shots.

It is quite amazing to see he has been better than Rahane so far in two matches.

Shaw is one who can and should play for india now . Genuinely one to consider playing in tests v Sri Lanka

Amazing to see a 16 year old score so heavily. Kudos to the Mumbai setup for unearthing gem after gem.

Hardik's  bouncers and short of length rising balls are usually fast, clocking 137 k to 145 k.

 

But his pitched up and good length balls are usually 128 k to 135 k range in the last 4 months .... which is medium-fast.

 

Overall, he becomes fast-medium by combining these two.

 

In late 2016 and early 2017, he was bowling 135 k to 140 k stock balls but has lost that pace due to overwork.

Where will these bowlers get such helpful fielding in international matches?

 

The other day in the bengal match, bowlers were given the same 11 fielders around the batsman kind of field.We need to keep that in mind when we judge the results .
