then add his dynamic batting . Took great catch rid Amla . Guy is one of first name on team sheets , all rounder is precious and adds so much balance

After this win, I think our team may play same team and same batting order with Ashwin replacing Pandya.

 

4 front-line fast bowlers gave a lot of rest to each one and allowed them to bowl with full intensity.

 

Saini replacing Ishant would be nice.

Kick out Pujara...Ashwin & Pandya combined can any way put far more runs than this use less player.So both should play.Apart from that Bhuvi is far more reliable in tough alien conditions. No wonder Bhuvi avg:s over 30 in AUS,ENG & SAF combined.And this is far better than Pujara's avg: in those 3 countries.Pandya should play his normal aggressive game with utter positive mind set.He has the talent for sure.He is a game changer.In bowling too he is a skiddy sort which perfectly suits in ENG where swing can aid him. .

Kl Rahul should be no. 3 somehow to play that ponting type of role..He can Attack or defend or counter-attack depending on situation.. Pujara stalls the game too much.. 

 

Then we need to find a teckniquely correct opener may be shaw.. Rahane must... ASHWIN MUST coz of left handers and rescent county experience.

The pitch was a huge factor 

Eng test series is in august at that time wkts get better for batting and u need a spinner for sure . 

4 fast bowler can be a huge problem in terms of over rate as well. 

 

England wud think twice giving indian bowling to much help, they wud remeber lords. 

 

This england tour a spinner wud have a role to play

Yes, unfortunately so. I understand the X factor, aggression etc.....but ultimately what can he bring? His bowling doesnt have much of an impact especially if a full time 4 pace attack cannot do the trick. With the bat, well England is a different cup of tea.

 

Ashwin would be the better bet with the bat as well. Plus he has the benefit of doing a productive county stint with Worcestershire.

Ashwin is good enough to chip in with 1-2 wickets per innings @2.5 economy.

Emergence of Bhuvi, as a decent No.8 batter, will give us quite a few options.
