As the great MLK once said - "“The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice.”

Sure they may have won 3 titles, but ultimately all the accumulated bad Karma stemming from their owners' mafia connections, laundered cash, corruption, nepotism, tax avoidance etc was going to catch up with the Mumbai team.

BYE BYE BAMBIS! :yay:

Speaking of corruption, nepotism and what not, for the longest of time, Srinivasan was the head of the BCCI and owned the CSK franchise. I mean, obviously there could be no conflict of interest. Like he definitely didn't schedule the games so that his franchise is the best rested etc.

A great quote from Al Gore's internet: Karma is like a rubber band. You can only stretch it so far before it comes back and smacks you in the face

PS: We aren't out yet. We just need win 6 of 6. Good odds for any :mi: side. Players/ fans of lesser sides like CSK would have baulked at the prospect.

Sure anything can happen.....with bambanis funds :money: Need to watch out for dismissal not given and fake video for DRS in the upcoming matches.

Some valid points raised but unfortunately you have one of the biggest panautis on your side this year. My friendly advice to all MI fans would be to stop watching this year's IPL as your team is done and dusted. Be productive doing something else.

Disgrace of a team with Pakistani like fanbase and a cheating captain as well as buying off umpires and broadcasters. No wonder mafia bambis are identical to Pakistanis.

I mean clear inside edge by Rohit, first the disgraceful cheating captain doesn't walk and next the paid off umpires says Not out. Shame.

ball was going to leg slip :rotfl:

this is worse than symmonds moment when he refused to walk after hos outside edge was caught by the second slip

If only you had taken your job more seriously and argued this well, your clients wouldn’t be in jail now. :eviltongue:

And we paid our debt to society by getting suspended from the tournament for 2 years. What has Mumbai received? You dont think they enjoyed myriad of unfair advantages over their competitors by the mere fact that they were...ummm... Mumbai?

As far as your prospects for the rest of the tournament - I appreciate your bold face, but its over girl. Its time to call it a day and just enjoy the remainder of the games as a neutral fan. :icflove:

In Mexico, but looked at the scorecards. Now in an almost no loss scenario unless a bunch of team end up with less than 8 wins

The race is on ....

1 win under the belt. May be we can put pressure on one of CSK or K11 if we continue to win and they have bad games (may be started to huff and puff a little) :dontknow:

With one win we went from last position to 5th position!! We've started our sprint. Lambi race ka ghoda.

We're like Sanju of Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar. Come on :mi: Come on Model college.

Strategy Corner

  • KKR and K11 play a game, so one of them will lose points
  • MI has one game each against KKR and K11, so it can gain points (the other two would lose points)
  • Other two games are against RR and DD, who could return the favor

So a good opportunity to take the spot of either KKR or K11 .... Anyways, we have to continue to win ....

Load the power hitters at the top. Rohit and Duminy can be used to consolidate if early wkts fall and accelerate in the last 2-3 overs

Surya

Lewis (on batting friend grounds and against relatively weak bowling attacks) / Fizz / Chahar

Kishan

Hardik

Rohit

Krunal

Cuttings

Duminy (special use if consolidation is required)
