Harbhajan Singh is hands-down the least articulate commentator I have ever heard. Someone like VVS Laxman or Zaheer Khan don't belong in a commentary box either but when you take them outside the setting of a play by play commentary,they have a pretty good understanding of the game and articulate it pretty well.

 

Have not heard Harbhajan say one sensible thing ever even in analysis shows on news channels or neither can he articulate well in the commentary box.

 

Now there is the other extreme, guys like Ravi Shastri,L.Siva and Sangakkara who at least sound good on the mic and their English is decent for well English commentary,even though can't look beyond Sangakkara's fake accent most times.
