Teenagers can be overlooked to a certain extent .... These people are old enough to cultivate general etiquettes .... May be it is a publicity stunt .... Beautiful or indecent depends up on the context .... a phedophile kissing a young girl on her cheek may appear innocuous in a pic .... also normal greeting kisses take like 5 secs.
