YCCC Posted August 26, 2018 Posted August 26, 2018 (edited) It's a quarter final with long standing county members and supporters and young kids watching. They deserve to watch the best and the counties deserve to have their best players play for them once in a while. I don't see what the issue is. If England lose the fourth Test it will not be because Buttler played a T20 a week before the Test stars Edited August 26, 2018 by YCCC beetle, Tattieboy and nevada 3

Haven't read or seen Indian ex-cricketers criticize other T20 leagues. I have no issues with either English fans or Indian fans saying what they like, provided they are not abusive. asterix Posted August 26, 2018 Posted August 26, 2018 Fair enough.. I hope smart arse English Experts don’t criticise T20 or IPL in future... If they do, just remind them this event....

But if any ex-player, whatever his nationality, supports something in his own country but criticizes the same in other countries then it looks odd. That is all I am saying. So, it is impractical not to support it. And, if I agree to an Indian T20 league then I have no business not wanting T20 leagues in other countries. I believe some of them are financing their respective Boards too and providing livelihood to average cricketers who would never do well as international players. I don't like T20s personally though ... especially international T20s. Nikhil_cric 1
