Basic and plain. Nothing pompous about it. Nothing fake royal and majestic .

 

I like the tagline....This is New Delhi.

It should be followed by...the outside temperature is a cool 20 degrees. Thank you for travelling to delhi...hope to see you again  in our city.

Definitely tolerable.  Living in the USA, it sounds a bit unoriginal because one of the Washington DC teams (ice hockey) is the Washington Capitals.  But definitely better than the Raja Rani shyte.
