Also they are saying congress will get 12% votes in u.p bjp and Sena to fight seperatly according to them nda to get 1 seat in Punjab, they didn't thought that a counter polarisation could also occur

Look at the sample size too 22000

Total number of assemblies in India - 4120

So they surveyed less than 5 people per assembly.

Lol at the surveys. They are giving NDA 20 in  Maharashtra my home state (though a Bengali ). No way BJP-SS -RPI(A)-BVA combine is getting anything less than 32. NDA will be around 270 in the worst case scenario. But yes, will probably lose 40 seats in UP.

All opinion polls are showing one thing. Terrible decline in popularity of Modi and BJP getting lesser seats

That rubbish. actually these surveys shows his popularity is intact and in fact increased in different parts of countries. The vote shares will increase so you are reading completely wrong.

the question should be why despite all those mega alliance, these people still dont have much acceptance. Whereas Modi is single handed comes on top.

Yesterday Aaj tak was showing most popular PM ever vote. A year ago Modi was on top with 34  percent and Indira was second at 17 percent . Now Indira was on top at 21 percent while Modi on third at 17 percent

Such a lame and filmsy point. You compare him to current leaders around and he is constantly on top by large margin. And rewind back to 2014, where even praising Modi was a taboo subject. He is much better and have higher acceptance today than 2014.

Seems many have weak memories, Modi was abused, laughed. That was the only tactics of opposition in 2014. So we have come a long way where they are now completely worried our their dynasty so coming together.

In 2017 these same polls were showing popularity at all time high and we saw results in elections. From 2018 polls started showing some decline and again we saw results in polls. So either take it or leave because hardcore supporters never accept any media report which do not favour their party

If you read the first paragraph, it's clear he is way ahead so you are completely wrong to say terrible decline. And it's relative and they foolishly took the peak Jan 2017 to compare. It's always consistent in that numbers range and that's the main point. He is better placed today than 2014 and thus, that's why BJP starts as favorites and the dynasty are forced to aligned together. Modi no longer is a taboo subject so people are now openly supporting him. If you use that article logic, then Kohli today is terrible decline as his numbers were much more last year.

Plus you are forgetting most important thing in these survey they are projecting bjp sena differently, sample size of 22000 people from all over India, which is too low.
