There is no need to count. There is always an intelligence report as to approximately how many terrorists are getting trained in the biggest terror camp. Terrorists who have been trained previously at this camp was arrested by US some years back. So that report is also there as to how many others were training with him. When someone says 243 it could be variation in some numbers either on lower or higher sides.
