Because Khaleel is just starting, playing his first proper IPL, only 21 years of age and has already hit up 145-148k in domestic cricket and can get quicker. He is bowling as quick as Starc did at the same age. While Bhuvi is at his peak and is 29 years old and will start slowing down in the next 1-2 years as he crosses 30. Khaleel has min 10 years of peak years ahead of him. Bhuvi at 21, was bowling 125-130 kph for UP. Khaleel at the same age bowled 140 plus for Rajasthan. Khaleel was quicker than 21 year old Bhuvi even at U19 WC. Bhuvi has gained around 10K of pace since his Indian debut. No reason Khaleel cant do that. BKL 6, Khaleel 7. And your comparison is a futile exercise, comparing 21 year old rookie to a 29 year old seasoned player. both had an average speed of 134, one is 21, one is 29 who has more potential, one is taller, one is short who has more potential for future. people already know what likes of BK, Yadav, and Aaron offer. so at least i am not really excited about their speeds. They are known quantities. it is the future potential who we need to talk about more. Suhaan and Mosher 2
