for all crap English media gives to IPL, I believe the years many of the English players have spent in IPL has helped them deal with pressure situations much better than 4-5 years ago. Butler has even credited Rajasthan Royals for making him a better player.

Playing infront of big crowd, TV audience, pressure games, big money at stake etc. 

 

Look at Morgan, after being discarded by IPL teams, he has become mental midget, cracking under any pressure situations. 

 

I strongly believe it was England's 4 year plan to get as many English players into IPL as possible to improve their ODI squad.

Still it does sh1t to our players! Our top order constantly flops in pressure KO games. We seem to be missing a finisher who can support Hardik. Ideally, IPL should have solved both of these problems for us.

Archer name was floating around before he joined IPL because of he’s County performances. They were just waiting for clearance so he can officially join Eng.

Buttler was already performing too. IPL or not he would still make it. Same goes for Stokes.

Stokes was big flop with both bat and ball in IPL for last 2 seasons. He fielded good though. Archer was always good in t20 leagues. If IPL has done so good then why can't we get #4 player from ipl? why can't we get clutch players from ipl or death bowlers?

Yes, IPL has helped Eng players to not only develop their game (esp. against spin), but also play under pressure .... However, these guys are among top cricketers so are able to leverage on this experience

When our useless captain is not interested in grooming players from IPL then whose fault is it IPL or Chokholi?

Bhuvan is no good death bowler and i think he more of came from domestic performance into ipl. Bumrah yes is rare talent we got from ipl.
