I can't think of any. Saturn being strong is not always an indicator of things going for the worse. It brings disease but also brings immune system and the two cannot be separated. Likewise, long term problems require long term planning and steady but routine action. This is the case for all the houses. 2nd house ruler is Jupiter and some say co ruler is Venus. 3rd house governs hard work, sports, communication skills, writing, younger brother, and close friends which as usually developed in the early part of life. Mars is the ruler of the 3rd house and perhaps Mercury is also a co-ruler.
