Verdict?

  1. 1. Worst show since 2011-12 horror under Dhoni-Fletcher?

  2. 2. Should Shastri be fired?

  3. 3. Should Kohli face the axe as skipper?

Then we had an aeging team with few raw kids thrown in between. This team has many players at the peak of their powers.

There was some semblance of a fight in England (2018), even though scoreline was damning....we lost a couple of matches that were on the edge, final test we foolishly threw away when draw was set in stone. In RSA a big fight in Cape Town, a good win in Jo'berg.

2013-14 RSA

2014 NZ

2014 Eng

2014-15 Aus

:wp115: Even though we lost all the series we fought hard. Even in Eng 2014 we gave them a scare for half the duration of the series.

Here we have made a complete mockery of the #1 ranking, done irreversible damage to our image.

Heads must roll. If Dada can't force changes, he is a bigger culprit than Shastri-Kohli.

Kohli and Shastri can gloat over the T20 win against a Kiwi side that hardly bothered about the series.

Rest assured if we face them in this year's T20 WC KO, they will beat us again.

No problems.. We have battles to be won the coming weeks against Hendricks,  Shamsi. The Lord king will win them and prove that he's the best batsman in the world again. Err until the next overseas tour.

Kohli has made Dhoni proud with this one. BTW those delusional fans are missing who were saying last test was aberration and India will win this one.

Make no mistake - Indians were pounded hard on this series.  This tour makes 2014 look so much better now. If brat hadn't dropped mccullum maybe we could have won 1-1. There was no answer by Indian batsmen other than blind slogging against a good attack on challenging conditions.

Proper azz whooping

Surprised by how substandard your new batsmen are.

Too much IPL?

It is rather a case of not trying out other talents. There is far more talent in India to pick from than other countries.

Only problem is that our captain is insecure and doesn’t want competition.

let's not go down talent route yaar..  Let's leave those excuses to padosis. India lost because of lack of planning and wrong priorities.

This could be the start of a frustrating period for tests for India.

We will continue to regress as a test team in this decade.I don't think any good upcoming  Indian batsman will try to excel in art of batting in tests matches.
