They are controlled by the men, and often are the front-line of the riot or assault. Be-it throwing stones or acting as a barrier/border to prevent authority (doctors, police, census etc). Thus, the idea that there are only some extremists is not true. These everyday people are ready to be used, and dangerous. In Saudi, even carrying a photo of Hindu deity in the wallet can have deadly consequences, in India 300,000 mosques have been constructed since independence. Look at the comments section...these Indian Muslims have unimaginable hate for India wow....do they know what the Arabs think of SC Muslims? Can't unite behind Indian identity even now? I have seen such pockets in Bengal, no control whatsoever. There is no rule of law, you must have seen images and videos of how elections are conducted in the state, even the local body ones. And it's not about, no rule of law, but having their own autonomous system which involves separatism. This is like a soft Article 370 where our people cannot do their job duties freely in certain parts. Like census people are not freely able to access individual homes to survey, instead some "Chacha" would come and give his estimation numbers of the entire area. Thus, our minority census figures are understated. raki05 1
