Iran removes India from Chabahar rail project collaboration

These are the true facts that you stated about GCC and US.  The Mullah regime of Iran does not worth it.

Nevertheless, my concern is only about this particular PROJECT, for which US and GCC had no objections, and due to it's importance US exempted it completely from the sanctions. But still this project was not completed. Even no one is blaming India completely for not buying the Iranian oil, but laziness has been shown regarding this project, and it brought negative results for India.

Again, Iran does not worth, but India should have so much influence upon Iran  to stop the building of Turkey/Iran/Pakistan block (a long time dream of Pak Military and population).

And what if GCC and Iran make a deal tomorrow and stop their enmities? It does not seem possible today, but India should be ready for the worst tomorrow.

US is not a reliable partner. The experts in the Video (which I posted above), were all in agreement that not all is lost, and Indian Government should try it's best to revive the relationship with Iran. They even pointed out that Shia Iran may be a natural ally of US in the region and it is also possible that US and Iranian ties become better in the future. This is another scenario for which India should be ready.

Nobody is reliable in this world....thats true for other nations allying with india

Re iran n gcc friendship. Anything is possible.

As things stand due to low oil prices and automation remittances are going to drop rapidly from the gcc to india or even south asia. By 2030 an electric car will be cheaper than a combustion engine globally.

Market forces might prepare india more than anything...

But the same issue faces chabahar and gwadar. With oil not being imported, these ports might be white elephants in the future.

Globally the price of oil pee kwh is 156 today. Is projected to drop to 75 by 2030. If it happens then electric cars and two wheelers make financial sense

Newsx is all of Indian media. Congress is secular and is always right.

BJP is RW and is always wrong

Lallanwa, Pak will not get closer To Shia Iran Because Barelvis are Sunni Hanafis and hate Shias, they are just one above Kaffirs and Ahmadis who are also same as Kaffirs

Barelvis harbour hate against Shias?

How did you reach this conclusion?

Yes, this is true.

Barelvis are the most liberal sect among the Muslims. Sufis also belong to this Barelvi sect.

In Pakistan, normally it is like this that Barelvis and Shias are standing against the Wahabis and extremist Deobandi groups. I could confirm it that Barelvis in Pakistan love Iran more than the Wahabi Saudi Arabia.

Problem is this that Barelvis are also the least educated and least organised group in Pakistan. The Pak Army is very much under the influence of Deobandi School of thought, and these are only the Deobandi Madaris which are producing the Jihadi elements (Barelvi Madaris are not involved in Jihad. Thanks god).

alam mian collaboration in a commercial naval port is not equal to a naval base , all countries are not like Pakistan they dont just give away their ports to the biggest bidder for military ops.

You are wasting your breath talking to someone with a Pakistanian bent on what passes as 'strategic logic'.

There are some blocks due to geolocation and some due to the religion. Arabs want Pakistan to join them against Iran, China want Pakistan against India, Turkey want Pakistan on it's side (while Arabs don't like Turkey and thus Turkey is alone in the Islamic World. And the new Turkish Caliph Erdogan thus found love for Pakistan). And Iran wants Pakistan while it is Iran's next door neighbour.

While India is alone and cannot have any block due to it's religion. And geolocation of India made it possible to become part of SAARC block, but it is not so important as the countries in this block are not important themselves for India. If these countries had the oil, instead of GCC, then SAARC block would have also become important.

Lulz why do every BLOCK want pakistan man..something special about pakistan.. Best service rendered i guess.

Raste ka maal saste mein.

When you have a country that is easily available for rent, and for cheap, Lots of folks are going to happily use them, and then throw once done.   And then you will have the traditional al-Baki crying whinge about how its "allies" are betraying it.

Unkil Sam, Unkil Saud, Unkil Cheen - all these uncles have lined up to molest their little nephew, and then moved on when the time comes. All they have to do is throw a few coins at the fake jernails, and they will ensure that their brainwashed masses will hear whispers of how this new Unkil is going to make them great again, mashallah.

So, it seems Iran has clarified. OP you can check the status as on date.

I doubt that this news is credible. The source seems to be only al-Jazeera, while all the Iranian Official news sites are clear that India was dropped from the project.

Al-Jazeera is so anti-India, I will be believe them even if they say anything remotely considered pro-India

They have the bomb :fear1: :fear:

And that's why Turkey has been making pro-Pakistan noises for last couple of years.  Erodgan knows that Israel and Iran have nukes.  He also knows that Saudis have the baki-nukes by proxy.  He saw what Iran and North Korea are able to achieve, simply because they have nukes.  NK is a broke shitbag, but still gets away with so much, because they have nukes.

Now Iran denies reports, insists India is still part of the project.  Translation: we are still hoping for Indians to chip in some serious funding for the billion dollar project, although we are dragging our feet when it comes to actually getting stuff done.
