He was getting 2-3 cr bids in IPL. Could have played as a player for couple more years for Moolah. How much do Talent Scouts get paid?

Well deserved. What he has done for Gujarat Ranji team in the last 4-5 years as a leader is incredible. They have been in top 4 across formats winning the Ranji trophy in 2018-18 despite working with a very small talent pool and the competition for local talent with Baroda and Saurashtra. He will be a really good coach if he decides to pursue a coaching career and go for a professional coaching credentials.
