Perhaps a fit Bhuvi( he is done more or less) I'll go with young Siraj. To counter boult you got to have left right combos. Kiwis are absolutely beatable but you have to be unorthodox at times. Bumrah is a must anywhere. If you field a usual test XI by having Vihari Pujara Rohit.. You will be mauled brutally. Perhaps our Next test tour is in 2024 so this current crop won't be there & up to Youngsters to breach the fortress.

He may play WT20 but I don't think he will play any more test cricket. Anyways, by the time we play NZ away, our team will be a lot different.

Infact we don't even play tour games anymore against England now. We totally don't seem to care about England or n.z. who goes into a major test series without prep. I guess we have a tight schedule but still you don't play short format before a major test series.had India prepared well for England and n.z by playing tour games and picking right selections we would have won comfortably.
