Rohits foot was behind the line even before he lifted it and with the new rules that’s not out even if he hadn’t grounded the foot. 
 

But either way his foot was clearly down.

That decision was tad early. Felt it should have been reviewed better. It's not very clear if the leg was grounded.

The foot was behind the crease before it was even lifted. There was no reason to even look at whether it was grounded tbh.
