Looks like, Over the period , most of responsibilities held by centre was delegated to State CMS that included lockdown, healthcare, response team. Lol if TN has oxygen cap in tuthcorin and Delhi needs oxygen and freaking center alots that oxygen how do you think a non existant supply chain from tuthcorin to Delhi will go?
