That is the great policy framed under central government. We're not supposed to question it.

Amount of vaccine is limited. Production capacity ( ie supply) is limited. No matter how opposition or opposition rule states try to do caa nrc type logic, above is fact.

When opposition forced the centre that vaccine be made available to 18-45, and they will procure it, what they really did was increased the demand and made kala bazzari/misuse of vaccine difficult to proove in court of law ( ie 25 year old vaccinated by some illegally sourced vaccine is fine, rich can buy vaccine)

These numbers of tests will reflect in a. Day or two. Today's numbers are the results of tests done two days back. There is a time lag of 2-3 between tests and results.

There are bodies floating in the river and ICF brain trust say don't blame Central government.

This thread is a pathetic sham.

Seems like Modi went there and threw the bodies into the river.

There is not vaccine shortage everywhere. Especially not in the level that India has which happened basically because of the poor planning by the central government. What you said is a lie which is expected from bhaktakunjus like you.

As for the rest of your post it is basically worth not even reading it. Do me a favor and don't quote my posts hereafter.

US banned raw material export and you are saying no vaccine shortage. Come out of your utopia.

Anyway you always resort to personal attacks.

Uk went into diplomatic war with EU for vaccine because we were effectively smuggling vaccine out of EU and EU realised it. Not good situation to be in but i am with BoJo and understand why he did it. This was in March 2021.

If one can understand above then we know that naysayers have nothing but lies to peddle

It doesn’t matter. To smoothen daily inconsistencies we take 7 day daily average.

Looks like Interval between two dosages will be increased thanks to Vaccine shortage. From 4 weeks to 6-8 weeks to even more.

Should have been like this considering their is shortage and more people need to be covered

But you aren't covered without two doses.

thats why you take a 7 day average...its a type of smoothing of a moving average.

I am on touch with DataGuy on twitter. I have suggested he look at an exponential moving average to get more accurate idea of recent changes as its weighed more in favour of recent figures.

Actually the data suggests otherwise. In UK they have vaccinated 40% of population with one dose and only 20% with two doses. Same in Israel.

One dose reduces sever symptoms and hospitalisations.

and looking at the graph west of India, central India and northern India, Odisha WB will exit the second wave in a 3-4 weeks time.

Karnataka, TN. AP and North east will exit the wave in 7-8 weeks time.

From an India POV I think the second wave is on course to be over end of June. Though pockets in the state mentioned in the 7-8 weeks time are likely to remain.
